Since 2005, Chad, a graphic designer by trade, worked closely with a friend in the custom apparel decorating business. Chad helped with many different shirt designs for various events, groups, churches, businesses, etc., and had many of them produced by that friend. Many years later, his friend moved out of state, leaving a void in the local apparel decoration world. It was then that Chad knew he was destined to get into the industry.

After overthinking it for a couple of years, he finally took the plunge. Enter Upper Left Promotional Co.

When not working his day job, Chad can be found spending time with his wife (Sara) and their three daughters (16, 13 & 8). He also leads worship at his church in Lynden, and coaches throwing events for middle school track.
